Weekly News for 09/13/2009 to 09/20/2009

·        Parent/Coach Meeting: All parents are encouraged to attend the Parent/Coach meeting on Thursday, Sept. 17^th in the Aux. Gym (Wrestling gym) at 7:30 p.m. The information at the meeting is important for all parents (veterans and rookies), and we look forward to meeting you.

·        Little League Wrestling Meeting: If you have sons, siblings, relatives or know anyone ages 7-14 who may be interested in joining the wrestling club please have them contact Lia Rigsby (lia_r@msn.com). We are currently enrolling for the fall season, and practices start on Oct. 19^th. Youth football does not conflict with wrestling. The competition season is Nov.-Feb. and the cost is $175.

·        Home Football Program Sales: Thank you to all wrestlers who participated in selling programs at the football game. The money we made benefits the Booster Club.

·        Open Mat: Open mat/weight room will be on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons 4:30-5:30 p.m.

·        Personal Supplies: Please bring plastic bags to take your clothes home in, also bring personal cleaning supplies (Liquid soaps are provided).

·        On the Horizon: Sept. 14^th- PTA Meeting 6:00 p.m. Auditorium; Sept.16-17^th- School Pictures, Sept. 17^th- Parent/Coach Meeting 7:30 p.m. Aux. Gym, Sept. 19^th- Mock ACT Test; Sept. 21^st-School Board Meeting; Sept. 23^rd- College/Career Night 4:30-6:30 p.m. Cafeteria; Sept. 26^th Mock SAT Test; Sept. 28^th Homecoming Parade 6:00 p.m. Downtown Wylie.
