REGISTRATION & PAYMENT
-Please encourage wrestlers to register ASAP because they might run into an issue and need assistance which will be scarce on Friday, because the State Tournament Committee will be busy setting things up! -Pay at Door! Cash is preferred versus checks! All checks must include TX DL # and DOB
VOLUNTEERS AND DONATIONS:
-We will gladly take donations of cases of water, cookies and brownies or snacks to be used to feed Coaches, Officials and Volunteers working the tournament. Drop off at weigh-ins please.

Coaches, Parents and Fans,
We are within 24 hours from the State Tournament which will hopefully be the largest in our State’s history! We have afew final clarifications and reminders for you to cascade out to your wrestling clubs.

ADMISSIONS
-All people entering will have to pay admissions; however, the volunteers have the opportunity to be reimbursed at the end of the day for their time donated or they can opt to make a donation of their general admission fee to the fundraiser(all proceeds go directly to Team Texas).

-Volunteers will receive a FREE lunch coupon for BBQ on Saturday and they will get reimbursed their gate fee at the end of the day if they elect to receive a refund.

- Women must weigh in either Friday evening OR Sat morning along with men who register for BOTH styles of Freestyle and Greco
- Men wrestling Freestyle ONLY weigh in on Saturday at 2 p.m.
- If you have an emergency situation and are going to run late, YOU MUST CALL either Kirk Cobb 214.385.3529 or Jackie Martin 972.816.4716 to inform them of the situation!
SINGLETS
-USAW Rules require that each wrestler must have a red and blue singlet. If they don’t have one, the officials will allow 5 minutes for the wrestler to obtain one whether it be through purchase from a vendor or borrowing.

-Must be sanctioned by USA Wrestling otherwise the wrestler will be re-categorized as an Independent and hence will not be a scoring member for a club
-7 Team Awards will be given for GRECO Youth Division, Cadet, and Junior & FREESTYLE Youth Division, Cadet, Junior Men, and Women for the club with the highest score of ALL wrestlers
