Mat Monster Wrestling Club of Collin Co. presents a,
Summer Technique and Competition Camp
June 21st-24th, 1-4 p.m.
Lovejoy’s Indoor Multipurpose Athletic Facility
Separate camps for 1st-6th, 7th-12th
Certified Athletic Trainer On-site
Technique will include (but is not limited to):
TAKEDOWNS: Take down set-ups, Head and arm control, Single leg series, High crotch and doubles; set-ups and execution, Upper body throws, Front head lock, Neutral defense, Whizzers, Counters
RIDING AND PINNING: Cross-body leg riding, Head-lever series, Cross-face series, Cross-wrist series, Inside-wrist series, Breakdowns, Tilts
ESCAPES AND REVERSALS: Stand-Up series, Sit-Out series, Switches, Granby’s
More camp information:
· Includes a camp T-shirt, certificate of participation and any possible camp awards.
· Campers need to wear shorts & t-shirt and bring a towel.
· Wrestling shoes are preferred, but not necessary.
· Female competitors are welcome.
· It is an open camp; all parents are invited to attend.
· Camp Tournament will be held on the final day.

$90 per camper *SIBLING DISCOUNT: $150 for 2 campers, $225 for 3 campers
If registration received after May 1, 2010
$100 per camper *SIBLING DISCOUNT: $160 for 2 campers, $235 for 3 campers
* Sibling Discount is for siblings attending any session of the same camp hosted by the same coach.

I, the undersigned, hereby certify that I am the parent or legal guardian of the camper. I hereby give permission for the staff of the camp to seek, during the camp, the appropriate medical attention for the camper and for the medical attention to be given and for the camper to receive medical attention in the event of accident, injury or illness. I will be responsible for any and all medical costs of medical attention and treatment. I, the undersigned for ourselves, our heirs, executors and administrators, waive, release and forever discharge the Lovejoy ISD staff, camp directors, coaches, clinicians, officers, agents, employees and representative successors and assign of and from all rights and claims for damages, injury or loss to person or property which may be sustained during participation in camp activities or while at camp, whether or not damages, injury or loss is due to negligence.
